Need help with Miji, found a problem, or have an idea? Get in touch with Griffin Beels, Miji’s developer.
For a problem, include what you were doing, what happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS and Miji versions. Screenshots are welcome; leave out any personal information you do not want to share.
Notifications
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Miji to allow notifications. Focus and Scheduled Summary can affect when they appear. In Miji’s Settings, choose how Miji reaches you and the times that suit you. You can still look up words and practice inside the app if notifications are off.
Your saved words
Your collection is stored locally. If something looks wrong, contact support before deleting the app. Miji has no account or developer server from which we can restore your collection. Your own device backups may include app data.
